Nigel was excellent but the room was far too hot and far too many chairs had been crammed in. We literally had no legroom which resulted in a very uncomfortable few hours especially in the heat! Thank goodness that Nigel was so good! Please provide adequate legroom for future events. I fully accept that there was little that you could do in relation to the heat but cramming in so many chairs was inexcusable.
