We had to leave as we couldn't hear the performance because of a loud extractor fan. During an intermission I spoke to the organiser to ask for a refund. His name is Carl. He asked me to e-mail him to request a refund. I did so the very next day and then again 2 weeks later. I have received no response. This was our first and last visit. Avoid.

We couldn't hear the performance because of a noisy pub kitchen extractor fan behind us. We left early for that reason, so we didn't see the complete show. There was no point in staying. Earlier I asked to have the PA volume increased so we could hear the show and the lad I spoke to went to do sometthing about it - or so I thought. Whatever he did made no difference. This was our first visit to this venue. Before we left we spoke to the organiser, who said his name was Carl and he asked us to email him to organise a refund. I did as he said the following day, but so far there's been no response. It looks like I'll need to get Barclaycard involved to obtain my refund. What a pity it's come to this.

Great night out, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Could of done with a bar for the event. Nigel Owens was great.
