A finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards (alongside Lee Mack and Daniel Kitson) and the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, he is praised by icons like John Bishop ("a very, very funny fella... just brilliant") and Jason Manford ("He smashed it"). Expect an unforgettable headline set!
Opening Act: Alex Stringer
One of the fastest-rising stars on the UK circuit, Alex brings hysterically deadpan delivery and a phenomenal gag rate. A Chortle Hotshot and Women in Comedy Award nominee, her sharp and mischievous material has earned rave reviews from Rolling Stone ("Comedy gold") and Rachel Parris ("Fantastic gag rate. I can see you on TV").
Rising Star: Henry Michael

Reviews for previous Nodding Dog Comedy events
The compère was fantastic, made everyone feel really welcome, safe and ready for a good time. The acts were a good selection, all quality performers, and the headline comedian was excellent. We didn’t mind the makeshift venue as we were too busy having a laugh.
