TweetGet ready for an evening of stand-up that’s wired a little differently.
Neurospicy Comedy is a night that celebrates neurodivergent voices — from ADHD to autism, dyslexia to just delightfully odd brains — bringing together comedians who know what it’s like when your mind takes the scenic route.
Expect smart, sharp, silly, and beautifully skewed comedy sets from performers who see the world in a way you might just recognise. Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, suspect you might be, or just love your comedy a bit outside the usual lines, this is your night.
What to expect
A stellar line-up of comedians, each with their own brilliantly different take on life.
A welcoming, sensory-considerate space — no blasting music, and you can stim, tic, doodle or just be.
No forced audience participation, no pressure to be “normal”.
Our last show was a total sell out so get your tickets early to avoid missing it!
This month we have 4 fantastic acts
Simon Munnery
For over 35 years, Munnery has performed around the world, experimenting with and innovating the stand-up form: a British Comedy Award nominee, Perrier Award nominee, Sony Radio Award winner and Chortle Award winner.
“one of the funniest, most original comedians of the past twenty years” – Guardian
Gabrielle MacPherson
Blending deadpan delivery with hilarious surrealism Gabrielle is a proud northerner, who’s always preparing for the worst. Winner of the 2025 Best In Class Comedian competition.
Don Biswas
A politically charged gag merchant who likes to cover a wide range of subjects including his Asian upbringing, his neurodiversity as someone with dyspraxia, ADHD, and ASD and even the most important of topics ... conspiracy theories. Don is now a regular face in comedy clubs across the UK. Alongside that Don recently recorded a comedy special for BBC Radio 4 entitled ‘Neurotopical’.
Sam Day
A multi-sensory experience, a big ball of energy, a great big dollop of kung-pow charisma. Sam won Best Male at the Community Radio Awards in 2019 in Barry Island, a big moment for the South Wales region.
Also popping in for shorter sets will be Auz Thompson and the comedy legend Jimbo!
Plus your MC Julius Howe
"Julius has some of the best jokes I have ever heard" - Vince Maple, Leader of Medway Labour Group
