Splintered within this PR opportunity are parody pop songs, audience interactions, multimedia elements and of course a saucy poem about pearl necklaces to bring to life Babs Romance's account of events, with immersive references and a vibrant mix of performance styles, in this drag satire.Babs For Life was first performed at Edinburgh Fringe 2023. Here it was described as "very clever and satirical, as well as cutting right through the bone" by FringeReview. LBC’s Fraser Knight described it as "[s]o unbelievable it could be real. Painfully funny and on the mark.", with Broadway World calling "[t]he character of Babs Romance MP [a] fantastic example of satirical drag."
