Lou is a critically acclaimed writer, stand up comic, and performer.

Having trained  as an actress at The Oxford School of Drama in the 90’s, she’s since gone on to craft her career as a comedian for the last 15 years. Performing up and down the UK, and in Australia.

She’s a highly respected MC (awarded the Best MC 2020/21 Comics Comic Award.) and set comedian. 

Lou has supported Sarah Millican, Joe Lycett, Suzi Ruffell amongst many others on tour.
She’s Sarah Millican’s resident MC for her own new material night “The Playground” which started in 2015.

My belly is still hurting from Catherine’s show! Wow! Great venue, great event, great everything! Loved it from start to finish and as Catherine said experiencing laughter is good for your soul! Absolutely brilliantly funny!!!
