Headline Act
STEPHEN BAILEY
Stephen Bailey is an award-winning comedian, actor, presenter and writer.
Known for being a proud northern, working class, gay man, his brand of gossipy humour has singled him out as one of the UK's most sought-after talents for live comedy and TV entertainment formats.
Stephen has appeared on TV shows such as : Live At The Apollo (BBC Two), The Stand Up Sketch Show (Comedy Central), Celebrity Coach Trip (E4) and most recently 'Would I Lie To You' (BBC1)
As well as being a prominent Headliner on the UK comedy circuit, he has also supported the biggest names in stand-up, including Micky Flanagan on his arena tour, Lucy Beaumont, Katherine Ryan, Jenny Eclair, Jason Manford, John Bishop and Sarah Millican.
Opening Act
LAUREN PATTISON
Edinburgh Best Newcomer Nominee 2017 and Edinburgh Best Show Nominee 2022, Lauren is a comedian, actor and writer.
Her TV appearances include Stand up for Live Comedy (BBC1,) two episodes of Comedy Central at the Comedy Store (Comedy Central), Roast Battle (Comedy Central), hosting an episode of Takeshi's Castle (Comedy Central), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), The Great Christmas Rant (ITV2), The Blame Game (BBC One Northern Ireland) and internationally on New Zealand's 7 Days (TV3), Australia's Comedy Up Late (ABC) and Canada's The Stand Up Show with Katherine Ryan (The Comedy Network Canada).

A sought after act, Lauren is a regular at all the major national comedy clubs and has provided tour support for Katherine Ryan, Jason Manford, Kerry Godliman, Stewart Francis and Dane Baptiste, as well as gracing the comedy stages of Latitude and Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Middle Act
JACOB NUSSEY
Jacob Nussey unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style, sharp jokes, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines.
Jacob quickly established himself on the comedy circuit, performing tour support for Jason Manford, Russell Kane, and Jack Carroll.
He was named by Chortle as one to watch in 2023. After winning Bury Met Comedian of the Year, and West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year. As well as being a finalist Leicester Square Theatre Comedian of the year.
Hosted by
DAVE LONGLEY
Dave Longley is a difficult comedian to define; on the one hand, abrasive, crude and insulting and on the other, articulate, intelligent and disarmingly funny.
A working class lad brought up on the mean streets of Derby, Dave has been using humour to survive since his early days in Miss Jones's class. Back then, Dave used his power for evil, but now he is a force for good, regularly doing charity work down at the local charity house where he does good deeds for charity. Charity.
As well as all the charity work, Dave can be seen all over the country in all the biggest and bestest comedy clubs, as well as some of the lesser known clubs that pay cash in hand.
He has a skilful eye for the nuance in dialogue and incident, which transfers from his stage act to his screen writing with delightful results. He writes across a variety of genres such as 8 Out of 10 Cats for Channel 4 and is currently working on sitcom, drama and documentary script ideas.
"Acid tongued and as sharp as a barrel full of tacks... As intense and intelligent performer as you're likely to see". - The List

Went specifically for the headliner but I was also impressed by the "middle" act. The venue is a bit of a barn, with no intimacy. No draught drinks. £5 for a 330ml bottle of beer. 5* for price refers to the gig ticket, not the bar.

R he set up change to stage was much better. James Kilvington worked the audience really well and was better than the 3 acts. Tom Taylor was the better of the 3 acts. Price was good value for money but felt that the bar service could have been improved by having staff behind the upstairs bar before the comedy gig started.

Excellent night

Great night out, a variety of comedy acts to enjoy, a tasty curry and rice in with the price, and a good selection of drinks at the bar. Seats are pews so something to consider when thinking about what clothes to wear - you might want to take a jumper, if only to sit on!

It was dead good! We really enjoyed the night from start to finish. The acts were brilliant, the stand up and imrov comedians alike. Of course the curry was amazing too! Will definitely be back again. Sorry for late review!
