Long-form impro and live music inspired by silent film. Speechless is a new comedy group creating stories that unfold without uttering a single word. Inspired by the physical comedy and visual storytelling of early cinema, our performances rely on expressive faces, committed movement, and impeccable timing rather than dialogue. A homage to the great comedians of black and white film and the silver screen era, Speechless are taking comedy into a bold new area. If you love early film, silent comedy, mime and physical theatre, then Speechless is for you and is an antidote to all those words.
