In that time he has changed laws on tax, jailed arms dealers, kick started a comedy circuit in Palestine, given evidence before three Parliamentary select committees and has taken the police to court three times and won. The world’s moving far too fast to predict what the content will be but it is the normal stuff of government and personal mayhem, expect jokes, rants, politics, swearing and possible nudity as he emerges from large cake singing happy birthday mr president.*

I recall seeing Stephen K Amos taking on a similar character some years ago in Edinburgh to good effect and this portrayal was of equal merit. However the 'black dictator' gag wore a little thin too early and maybe the revelation that he was actually someone else should have come sooner. The gags worked well at times..the funniest being the reference to the Halifax man. There is a more interesting story in there somewhere. Overall well performed.
