Karma has caught up with the colonial past of our nation, and those who were once subjugated by the British Empire have made it their home. Be it the Mayor, the Prime Minister, or a Stand Up Comedian; Britain has bloomed into a bountiful basket of rich talent because many of us got on with integrating, working hard and making a massive contribution through patient and peaceful endeavour… Welcome to my ‘soft jihad’

A great set from Simon Brodkin. We laughed lots! The support guy, Jed Salisbury was great too - he should definitely have a slot next year. Thank you for another awesome HFCF. Please can you try and get Troy Hawke back again for next year? We saw him at the Piper just Pre lock down... brilliant 👏
