Jonathan is one of the brightest emerging LGBTQ+ comedy talents in the UK. He combines cheeky with charming and throws in some musical parody to make standup comedy magic.

In 2024 Jonathan was a finalist in the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year and the Comedy Bloomers LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year competition, performing a set at the legendary Clapham Grand. He was also a semi-finalist in the prestigious comedy competition, ‘So You Think You’re Funny’, performing at the Edinburgh Fringe for the first time. He created a new comedy character called Mike Stand who was a finalist in a cabaret competition at Halfway to Heaven in London’s glittering West End.

In 2025 Jonathan continued performing at some of the best comedy clubs in the UK including The Comedy Store. He won ‘Beat the Gong’ at The Arc in Stockton and got to the final of King Gong too.

Jonathan has performed with Alex Horne and The Horne Section as part of Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer.

2026 has seen Jonathan be given a monthly residency with his comedy variety show, Nightcap.
