In a move that can only be described as the diplomatic version of "hurry up and wait," former US President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran. The country must meet his Tuesday night deadline or face the wrath of another, presumably angrier deadline.

Trump took to his platform of choice, Truth Social, to announce that he wouldn't hesitate to unleash an explosive, strongly worded new deadline if his demands weren't met. "This will be a deadline the likes of which have never been seen. MORE CAPS LOCK. MORE EXPLANATION POINTS!!!! JUST WATCH!" Trump exclaimed in his post, presumably while holding down the shift key with one hand and tweeting with the other.

The ultimatum comes with the ominous promise that if Iran fails to comply by 11:59pm on Tuesday, Trump will have no choice but to announce one final chance, before the really last chance. "This new deadline will be coming very soon, possibly sooner than you think, but I won’t tell you exactly when it will come. It will come on Wednesday morning, 9:30am," he teased.

When asked about the possibility of Iran ignoring his next deadline, Trump confidently asserted that America has the biggest arsenal of deadlines in the world. It's clear that the former president is not running out of patience or deadlines anytime soon.
