American children will be without presents this Christmas after Santa was refused a visa waiver under Trump’s strict new immigration laws.

Mr Claus has made several posts on social media disparaging of Trump. In 2019, he wrote on Twitter: “Just checked the naughty list. Trump isn’t on it because fuckwits require a separate category”.

In 2022 he posted: “Got a Christmas list from Melania. Just said: ‘A real husband.’ Forwarded it to the UN as a humanitarian crisis. LOL”.

In 2023: “Just ran a poll with the reindeer: 100% said Trump is the kind of guy who would complain about the free cookies. Wanker”.

Homeland Security agents denied Santa’s visa waiver application, saying it was an attack on American values. “Freedom of speech is an American value except when it criticizes Donald Trump,” a spokesperson said.

Republican lawmakers praised the decision to deny Santa entry. “Finally, someone is standing up to the globalist elite toy-industrial complex,” Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said, warning that Santa’s suspicious habit of “keeping lists on Americans” and “surveilling homes through chimneys” suggested he may be part of an international socialist plot.

Trump himself commented on Truth Social, saying, “I always knew Santa was very problematic. A VERY low-IQ guy. Gives things away for FREE. No business sense. A lot of people are saying he’s a communist.”
