The new Michael Jackson film is the first installment of a connected cinematic universe focusing on celebrity scandals, announced by its producers. Besides exploring the King of Pop's life, Michael will launch a series of movies about notorious celebrities, culminating in an epic crossover in 2031.
Film insider Tom Booker mentioned, "Michael starts with the tale of a poor black kid who rises to fame as a controversial figure. Stay for the end credits to catch a sneak peek of the next film, Andrew: Prince of Paedos."
Following this, the series will feature a Woody Allen biopic and dive into the past with figures like Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris in It Was A Different Time: The 70s Story.
Booker added, "We've creatively tied these stories together, and with Michael's magical glove, audiences will root for these characters as they unite against a galactic threat."
Cinemagoer Martin Bishop humorously commented, "I can't wait for them to keep producing these films long after they lose their charm."
