Headliner this month is Dave Funniest Joke of the Edinburgh Fringe & BBC New Comedy Award Winner – Dan Antopolski, is a British comic, actor and writer. He has been nominated for three Perrier Awards both as a solo artist and alongside costars Lee Mack and Catherine Tate. He has appeared in various television programs and radio shows, and is best known to younger audiences for hosting the UK game show The Dare Devil. He has appeared at international comedy festivals in Montreal, Melbourne and New York. Antopolski has been a regular performer at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, had minor roles in films and appeared in a number of panel shows.

Located just by Southwark underground station, 5 minutes walk from Blackfriars station and 10 minutes from Waterloo.

By TubeSouthwark is our nearest tube station, served by the Jubilee line. From the station, exit south on Blackfriars Rd/A201 towards The Cut, turn left onto Union St/B300, then turn left onto Great Suffolk St and walk 400 yards - you’ll spot the pub on your left.

By Train

 

Blackfriars is our closest mainline station (five minutes’ walk away), while Waterloo and London Bridge stations are also within easy reach (10 minutes).
