A comedy twosome with over two decades of mucking about behind them, we have been everywhere from New Zealand to The Falklands and Exeter to Edinburgh with many a stop in between.
In late 2019 we won the UK Comedy Awards, Comedian of the Year award! Yes! Us! It was voted for by our colleagues in comedy so means a lot. Thanks you big arseholes. Love you.
We've played the lowliest pub back room to the London Palladium and had a month in Edinburgh courtesy of the quite fabulous Brett Vincent at Get Comedy with a resulting 5 star review from The Scotsman! I know. Posh right? Plus a load of other lovely reviews that we're far too modest to talk about..."

Reviews for previous House of Stand Up events
Superb evening and Lee Hurst a brilliant headline act. The compare at times seemed to struggle and it felt a little awkward but to be fair to her, the crowd were a little reserved. Not sure how much local research was done by the comedians before they came down, often a good idea to try to gain an idea of a demographic and issues in the local area which they could play on. However, we will definitely be going to more of these as it’s a great event, and really good to see a packed house made up of the local community . Bravo!

Fantastic evening in a lovely cosy venue. The drink prices were incredibly reasonable and the staff warm and friendly….and the entertainment was just the icing on the cake - a really great mix that had us doubled up with laughter. The whole experience was just the tonic for a cold winters evening.
