Learn to improvise rap with Acaprov's finest freestyle rappers - 7:00-9:30pm every Thursday for 6 weeks in Stoke Newington, with an OPTIONAL performance at the end in Shoreditch.

Find your flow.

Build and develop a foundation for your improvised rap in a safe space. Begin to understand and appreciate Hip Hop culture; improve your confidence through practice; and boost your experience of:

- Existing freestyle rapping formats

- Taking inspiration from all around you

- Hype-manning eachother until you feel unstoppable!
