Real Estate Developers Decide Colorful Bench Enough To Deem Area ‘Arts District’

In a bold and colorful move, local real estate developers Wellstone & Associates in Lansing, MI, have decided that a vividly painted bench is enough to label the area an 'arts district.' The bench, with its striking red, yellow, green, and blue hues, seems to have inspired the developers to declare the neighborhood as a trendy hub for artists. Developer Kelsey Cross noted that spotting a bearded man in a flannel shirt walking by adds to the artistic allure, suggesting it's a sure sign of creative types in the vicinity.

'There are some nice yellow flowers over there, and a couple of restaurants with colorful signage that you could probably say bring an 'authentic flair' or something like that,' said Cross. 'Plus, there's all that green space near the road and sidewalk close to that colorful bench. Yeah, this is a thriving arts district for sure.'

In another stroke of marketing genius, the developers also concluded that having a Starbucks three miles from the building's site was enough to claim the area boasts a 'charming local cafe culture.' Because what says 'local culture' better than a global coffee chain?
