Mathew Horne, best known for his role in Gavin and Stacey, will step into the shoes of a Britpop music executive during the legendary Blur vs Oasis feud of the 1990s. Horne will portray Andy Ross, a key figure in the music industry, in the play 'The Battle'.

The play is set to open at the Birmingham Rep in February before embarking on a UK tour, concluding at the West End.
