Filming has begun on the second series of the BBC Two comedy We Might Regret This. Kyla Harris and Darren Boyd are back as the newly engaged Freya and Abe, who are quickly learning that their ideas about marriage aren't quite on the same page.
Freya, a tetraplegic artist, and her agents, played by Emma Sidi and Hanako Footman, are diving into a wedding-themed content creation campaign focusing on disability inclusion.
Adding to the mix, Sophie Thompson, known for her role as Sheila in Detectorists, joins the cast as an alternative bridalwear designer. The show, created by Harris and Lee Getty, promises 'more laughs, hard truths, and nipples' in its second series of four half-hour episodes.
Produced by Roughcut, the team behind Stath Lets Flats, executive producer Rebecca Murrell expressed her delight in returning to production, stating that series two will reboot their 'knotty relationships with drama, hope, and hilarity.'
Elena Saurel returns as Freya's personal assistant Jo, with Edward Bluemel, Sally Phillips, Aasiya Shah, and Lolly Adefope also making a comeback. Get ready for more comedic mishaps as the series unfolds!
